  • What are the qualifications to get a loan from Peranyo?

    Peranyo offers loans to the following applicants who qualify for these minimum requirements:

    • -      Between 22 to 55 years old;
    • -      Currently employed or with steady income from business/remittance
    • -      At least one valid ID (SSS, UMID, Driver's License, TIN, PASSPORT, PRC ID)
  • Where to apply?

    You can apply via the Peranyo app found on Google Play and the Apple App Store or through the Peranyo website (htps://peranyo.com).

  • I did not receive an SMS verification code.

    Our veritication code is system-generated and automatically sends SMS to the mobile number you've registered. Please make sure that you followed the correctformat and signal in your location is strong (full bars or one bar missing).

  • How long until I get approved?

    We always aim to uphold our promise of same-day approval for all our customers. However, given the large number of applications submitted per day and our operational hours of 8:00AM + 6:00PM, we can only approve applications in the early half of the day on the same day. Applications submitted in the latter half of theday might be considered for next-day processing. Unless you apply using the Peranyo app where processing and approval are done within a few hours.We recommend that you download and use the Peranyo app for faster & preferred processing and approval. It's available on Google Play & Apple App Store.

  • How do I know if l'm approved?

    Checking your approval status is easy with the Peranyo app since it updates in real-time after you successully submit your loan application. For those who appliedthrough other means than the Peranyo app, please wait for our loan processing officers to contact you for application verification. Your approval status will be madeknown to you by the end of the call.

  • My application was rejected. What should I do?

    You can always re-apply after 15 days. Please see our qualifications for loan application. If you've met the minimum requirements, make sure the information you'vegiven us is correct and up-to-date.

  • I need to make a correction on my bank account. But I already submitted my application. What should I do?

    Please inform us immediately via email (cS @peranyo.com) or PM via the official Peranyo Facebook page if you gave the incorrect bank account number. Our system ihas a fail-safe approach when something like this happens. If your profile doesn't match the information on the bank account, your loan application is automaticallycancelled and you can apply for a new loan.

  • How can we contact you for any concerns regarding my application and payment?

About Cash Disbursement

  • How long until the cash loan is deposited to my account?

    After the approval of your loan, please expect the cash loan to be deposited in your account after 1-2 banking days (except for weekends, holidays, and otherunforeseen events that may affect banking operations).

  • My account status indicates that the money is already released, yet it hasn't reflected on my bank account. What should I do?

    The maximum time for deposit after approval is 1-2 banking days (except for weekends, holidays, and other unforeseen events that may affect banking operations).Please check your registered email for the proof of disbursement via Dragonpay.

  • Will I get the loan amount in full or are there charges and fees deducted to the loan amount?

    In order to give the best customer satisfaction, we disburse the full loan amount without charges and fees--unlike other loan providers. To know more about the rates,charges, and fees, please see the loan agreement on your profile.

About Loan Payment

  • How much do I need to pay?

    Your total loan payment can be found on your loan agreement, in the Peranyo app, or your Peranyo profile that can be accessed through the website.

  • Where can I pay for my Peranyo loan?

    Loan payment is easy at Peranyo. We've partnered with several payment channels to offer you more ways to pay!

  • Will I get the loan amount in full or are there charges and fees deducted to the loan amount?

    In order to give the best customer satisfaction, we disburse the full loan amount without charges and fees--unlike other loan providers. To know more about the rates,charges, and fees, please see the loan agreement on your profile.

    • 7/11 Barcode payment

      1 - Simple payment method!

      2 - Just click get barcode button ,then enter the amount you wanna pay, go to 7-11 and show staff the barcode to process the payment

    • 7/11 CLIQQ Kiosk Payment

      1 - Please have your Account No./Contract No./Reference Code and the amount to be settled ready.

      2 - Go to the nearest 7/11 outlet.

      3 - In the Kiosk Machine, click the "Bills Payment".

      4 - Type Biller name: "SKYPAY".

      5 - Type in the needed details:

      • * Contract Number
      • * Mobile Number
      • * Amount

      6 - Present the printed out partial payment details in to the counter.

      7 - Pay the amount and keep the official receipt for reference

    • 7/11 CLIQQ App Payment

      1 - Open your CLIQQ app. Select "Loans".

      2 - Under "Loans", click "SKYPAY"

      3 - You'll need to provide this details:

      • * Contract Number
      • * Mobile Number
      • * Amount

      4 - Click "Confirm"

    • M Lhuillier Payment

      1 - Please have your Account No./Contract No./Reference Code and the amount to be settled ready.

      2 - Go to the nearest M Lhuillier outlet.

      3 - Get a payment form and provide the needed details:

      • * Company name: SKYPAY
      • * Account Name
      • * Account Number
      • * Contact Number
      • * Amount

      4 - Present it to the counter.

      5 - Pay the amount and keep the official receipt for reference

    • GCash Payment

      1 - Open the app on your mobile phone and click 'Pay Bills > Loans"

      2 - Under "Loans", select "SKYPAY".

      • * Contract number
      • * Mobile Number
      • * Amount
      • * Email

      3 - Click "Confirm"

      4 - You will receive a text from 2282 confirming your transaction.

  • What if I made an overpayment (paid beyond the required payment amount)?

    If you made an overpayment, we will credit the balance to your next loan once validated.

  • What if I can't make full payment of my loan on the due date?

    We highly recommend that you pay your loan in full to fulfill your obligation to the loan agreement agreed upon once you submitted the loan application. Any unsettledaccounts will accumulate a 3.5% penalty of the outstanding balance per day. An extension MIGHT BE PROVIDED if requested but it will depend upon the terms decided by the collection officer.

    An extension is usually given once a request is made and minimum payment is made.
